Last week's episode of 'The Titan Games' was an exciting and nerve-wracking one. After defeating his brother Eric, in a stupendous performance at 'Herculean Pull', Noah Palicia took on Victor Cruz on Mount Olympus. It seemed to be a cakewalk, as Cruz appeared to have given up halfway. Noah emerged as the Titan of the night and it remains to be seen whether he can hold on to the title or will he be dethroned by the other participants in the West Region Final. Meanwhile, Kelly Valdez defeated stuntwoman Jessie Graff on Mount Olympus. The final challenge is an overall test as it challenges agility, strength, endurance and as Dwayne Johnson says, heart. In the other episodes, the Titans have always put up a fight, but in the June 15 episode, the Titans seemed to have been relatively squashed.

Nevertheless, another episode means there's another chance. In the upcoming episode of 'The Titan Games', the other participants from the West will battle each other and then take on the reigning Titans. If they defeat them, they become the new Titans. Yet, they can't rest on their laurels, as in the episode after this one, the competitors and old Titans are back to win at Mount Olympus.

Kelly, who became the new Titan in last week's episode, opened up about her experience to MEA WorldWide. " It was really overwhelming. I was honestly very nervous going against people who I knew were incredible. So my only goal was just don't lose my very first challenge. That was the only goal. And then after I won the first one, the next goal was to try to win the second one, once I did that, I was just very excited. And then I had to go up against the celebrity Titan. So that was like a whole nother set of nerves. Definitely intimidated going up against Jesse, but I was pretty pumped about that."

Meanwhile, Dani Speegle and Matthew Chan won spectacular victories at the Central Region. Chan finally defeated NFL great Joe Thomas, who had been breezing through Mount Olympus. Speegle defeated Jaime Seeman and Chantae McMillan and defended her Titan title with all her might.

'The Titan Games' airs on NBC, 8 pm, Mondays.
