'The Titan Games' Season 2 Episode 2: Joe Thomas is the reigning Titan, say fans as he continues to be 'a beast'
Apart from making you realize how completely out of shape you are, 'The Titan Games' knows how to entice its audience with crackling athletic performances. Whew. Joe Thomas defended his Titan title with full force, against Kaleb Ridden 'Doc Thor', as he is called. It was the match between Iron Man and Thor, and Iron Man won, by just a few seconds. Ridden had actually taken the lead for a while, but the NFL great wasn't going to let him walk away with his Titan title so easily. Kaleb had just aced two challenges against Opera singer Michael Hewitt.
But Joe Thomas...is well Joe Thomas. It's going to take another powerhouse of a human being to take him down. Nevertheless, fans are thrilled with his victory and flooded social media with reactions. "Joe Thomas continues to be a beast, Chantae just raged at her loss, due to her own mistake," a fan wrote, as the other Titan, Chantae McMillan, lost to Dani Speagle.
"#titangames Great competition!!! Dr. Thor won b/c he competed twice b4 going against Joe Thomas. Joe knows it. You could see it in his eyes and body language at the end," another fan wrote while another tweeted, "Joe Thomas is literally WALKING through Mt. Olympus and still takes the W. Dude is looking unstoppable."
"Joe Thomas is just insane. Just barnstorms that final obstacle every time #TITANGames," a fan tweeted while another posted, "Joe reigns again."
However, others noted that it wasn't fair that Joe Thomas should take on a competitor, who had just walked out of two challenges. "#TITANGames. Joe Thomas came in fresh beating Doc Thor who just finished 3 events. How is this fair?" a fan wrote.
" JOE THOMAS REMAINS YOUR TOP MALE TITAN!! This guy is a beast!!!" an excited fan wrote.
Others noted that Joe 'took it easy' on Ridden and still won. Nevertheless, the battle has been won but the war is still on. There are still 11 episodes of intense action left and it remains to be seen who keeps their Titan titles... and well, who doesn't.
