Yet another incredibly inspiring episode of 'The Titan Games' saw the finalists and old Titans return for one last shot at redemption in the East Region Finals. However, Courtney Roselle and Will Sutton made it clear that they were not going to give up their Titan position, even though it was a close competition in both cases. Every participant exuded energy and power and gave the challenges everything they had. Even when they were exhausted and physically spent, they kept pushing themselves, earning much praise from fans. Here are the best moments from the East Region finals.

Dasha's win at Hammer Down

Dasha Kuret (Steve Dietl / NBC)

It's all about not giving up. Haley Johnson, Dasha Kuret and Hannah Teter battled it out at the Hammer Down task. Haley had the lead, as she knocked over three poles and was well on her way to climbing towards the victory chain, followed closely by Hannah Teter. Dasha was still struggling with her last pole. As fate would have it, Haley grew exhausted with the climb and fell off the pole, giving Dasha the leverage she needed. Dasha caught up quickly with Hannah and pulled the chain. And so, Dasha advanced to the next round of Resistance with Hannah.

Joshua Porter storms through Resistance

Joshua Porter (Steve Dietl / NBC)

Resistance is one of the tougher challenges on 'The Titan Games'. Both participants are tied by the waist to a barrel and have to use their strength to get the heavy barrels over the edge. After the initial stumbles, Joshua Porter got all five barrels over the edge, while Tyron Woodley struggled to move even one. Joshua just breezed through that challenge.

Courtney Roselle at Mount Olympus

Courtney has proven that she shouldn't be taken lightly. Last week, she stormed through Mount Olympus and she was ready to do it this time as well. She went up against gold medalist Hannah Teter and both of them were neck-to-neck in the beginning. However, Hannah's energy failed a little, and even though she made a comeback, it was a little too late. Hannah was a little behind Courtney during the ball and chain, giving Courtney the leverage she needed. Courtney retained her position as Titan.

'Country-strong' Will Sutton at Mt Olympus

Will Sutton (Steve Dietl / NBC)

Will Sutton and Joshua Porter went to war at Mount Olympus, both of them almost exhausted and spent by the end of it. Though both of them were neck-to-neck in the beginning, Joshua lost his speed in the cage crawl. Will rushed to the ball and chain but stumbled while dragging it forward, almost falling. He changed his strategy and managed to scrape a win for himself.

The next week is the Grand Finals, and it remains to be seen who wins. 'TheTitan Games' airs on Mondays at 8 pm on NBC.
