Heather Langenkamp plays Dr Georgina Stanton, who runs the hospice for young adults. The actress became a horror movie icon with her role as Nancy Thompson in 'A Nightmare on Elm Street'. The premise of the series and the book is a group of seven terminally ill young adults residing in the Rotterdam Home hospice run by an enigmatic doctor (Heather Langenkamp). The children meet at midnight every night to tell each other scary stories. One night they make a pact that the first one to succumb to their disease is responsible for communicating with the others from beyond the grave. After one of them dies, bizarre occurrences begin. However, Georgina Stanton aka Langenkamp is the sole body to take care of these terminally ill children by giving them a home and a sense of acceptance.

Recently after Netflix's fan event, Tudum, Heather Langenkamp tweeted and shared how psyched she is to portray this role in the upcoming series. The tweet reads, 'To the best fans in the world! The Midnight Club teaser dropped today for @NetflixGeeked week with a 10/7/22 air date! And, yes, my darlings, the enigmatic Dr. Georgina Stanton shall remain enigmatic just a bit longer… @flanaganfilm @intrepid @NetflixGeeked #patienceisavirtue,' while sharing the official poster of the series.

'The Midnight Club' on Netflix is all set for its premiere on Friday, October 7, 2022, to give you that needed spooky feel in time for Halloween.
