'The Masked Singer': Fans place their bets on Paul Shaffer as the man in the skeleton mask
Ever since the second season of 'The Masked Singer', aired people have been brainstorming to connect the dots and figure out who are the people in the mask. After careful investigation by the audience, it seems like they have come to the conclusion that they have finally gotten the answer of who the skeleton is. Many viewers have placed their bets on Canadian singer Paul Shaffer. Many paid attention to the singer's voice and noted that it sounded a lot like the man in the skeleton mask.
"Has anyone else been watching # TheMaskedSinger? I low key think that the skeleton is Paul Shaffer", one fan noted. Another added, "I’m 95% sure the Skeleton is Paul Shaffer! I recognize that raspy voice after hearing it for decades on Letterman!!" Some even pointed out the reasons as to why they think the singer could be the skeleton.
"There's footage on YouTube of Paul Shaffer rapping on Letterman and also from his recent Vegas shows. There are very few things I'm certain on in this life, but one of them is that The Skeleton is Paul Shaffer," one fan noted.
Others tried to solve the mystery of the skeleton by carefully thinking over the clues given on the show about the singer. Fans were quick to comprehend that the clue could be directed to the singer's association with 'The Late Show with David Letterman.'

However, some had other speculation about who the singer could be in the skeleton mask.
