LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Corey Feldman, the iconic Hollywood actor known for movies including "The Lost Boys," "The Goonies," and "Stand by Me," was revealed as Seal during the unmasking. Host Nick Cannon excitedly announced, "The legend is in the building," to the audience.
During the "Soundtrack Of My Life Night," contestants took the stage to perform songs that held a special place in their hearts. The songs included "One Moment In Time," "It’s Tricky," and "Carry On Wayward Son." Unfortunately, the competition had to bid farewell to two more celebrities: Seal and The Beets.
"This is definitely the greatest character I’ve ever played," Feldman told the audience. "I love when my face is covered, and I can be as crazy as I want," he added. "Corey, I’ve been waiting for you to come on this show," McCarthy said. "I’ve been a fan for a long time … it’s no wonder that the whole world fell in love with you." "Love wins every time," Corey replied.
Who was the other 'Masked Singer' to be eliminated?
The next costume to be eliminated was The Beets, leaving Gumball as the finalist from Group B. Surprisingly, the vegetable-themed costume concealed award-winning musicians from "American Idol," Clay Aiken and Ruben Studdard.
"It’s been amazing. We had a good time," Studdard said following the reveal. "It’s been a blast," he added. Beets and Gumball went head-to-head for the opportunity to advance to the finals of "The Masked Singer." Both contestants performed a rendition of "I've Had The Time of My Life" by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes.
