This story contains major spoilers for 'The L Word: Generation Q' episode 7 titled 'Lose It All'

Rosanny Zayas' Sophie Suarez finds herself in a difficult situation in this episode. Early in the morning, she receives a call that her grandmother suffered a fall and is rushed to the hospital. Her fiancee Dani Nunez (played by Arienne Mandi) agrees to go with her, but Sophie insists that she go to work and then dashes out of the house.

At the hospital, her mother and sister inform her that they have to wait till a certain operation is performed and till then, they can only pray. Sophie tries putting on a strong front for her mother and her sister - pacifying them, telling them it is going to be alright, but once she is outside the room, she breaks down. And just at that moment, Sarah Finley (Jacqueline Toboni) comes strutting along with some snacks. Okay, we must agree this was the sweetest we had seen Finley be, because, on other occasions, she is merely sweet; damaged but sweet. She spends the entire day with Sophie at the hospital - at a time when she really needed some support.

They pray for Sophie's grandmother together, she talks to Sophie about the memories she has of her grandmother and just is there, holding her hand, being present.

Dani, on the other hand, is consumed by Bette's (Porter, played by Jennifer Beals) mayoral campaign. Even when she visits the hospital, she rushes out because Jeff Milner (Rex Linn) had released a negative campaign against Bette to take her down in the race.

Later at the hospital, in a tender, vulnerable moment, Sophie and Finley kiss. Even in that the moment, they both know it is wrong given that Sophie is engaged to Dani. But that doesn't stop them. They have been spending a lot of time with each other and they surely have a chemistry that Sophie, surprisingly, doesn't share with Dani. Plus they're also emotionally connected and their relationship doesn't seem to be ailed by the same communication problem that Sophie has with Dani.

At the end of the episode, Sophie is asking her sister if she should tell Dani about the kiss ( you know, because she is so confident that it won't be happening again) but she simply stays mum. Will Sophie tell Dani the truth? Or will she keep this just between Finley and herself? Who do you think is wrong here: Dani, for not giving Sophie the time of day, or Sophie, for making the advances on Finley?

'The L Word: Generation Q' airs on Sundays at 10/ 9c on Showtime.
