‘The Good Doctor’ Season 3 Episode 13: Dr Neil Melendez and Dr Claire Browne’s bond gets fans' approval

The two colleagues have been developing a beautiful camaraderie between then and fans not only feel happy but also look forward to something more between the two lovely doctors

It’s been a while that we have been seeing Dr Neil Melendez (Nicholas Gonzalez) and Dr Claire Browne (Antonia Thomas) hanging out together. Ever since Claire had a breakdown with a patient, who turned out to be a one-night stand gone wrong, Neil has been a good friend and support system. Along with therapy and the budding friendship with Neil, Claire is in a much better place now. In fact, since the last few episodes, the two doctors have become quite close.

It started with Neil offering Claire to go for a night run as running could be therapeutic and helps relieve stress. They also shared a sweet moment as they danced together when Claire arranged for a surprise prom for one of her teenage patients. Such moments have brought them even closer and fans are gushing over their bonding.

Some say, “Not sure where the writers are going to take this, but I’m enjoying this friendship between Claire and Melendez #TheGoodDoctor”. Others say, “Claire and Neil continuing their runs together. That’s some cute s*** right there. #TheGoodDoctor".

Another added, “How cute Claire and Melendez are💞 the way Neil smiles at her😍😍 I can't help smiling too whenever see them together #melendaire #TheGoodDoctor”. And we are sure they mean the little pep talks that Neil keeps giving Claire and how at home Claire feels with him.

While some fans are happy with the lovely friendship the two share as of now, others are rooting for the duo to get a step beyond just friendship.  In fact, a few episodes ago, fans had also showed interest in seeing the duo get together. 

As one fan hopes, “Claire and Dr. Melendez are def getting together eventually. I hope it’s not too soon though, bc I love the build up. #TheGoodDoctor”

We can’t say for sure, either, where Neil and Claire’s friendship is heading, but we can always hope for some romance to brew and bring these two wonderful people together. After all, the rough times both these doctors have gone through recently, definitely deserves a positive turnaround.
