According to the synopsis Caitlin's (Danielle Panabaker) father, Thomas Snow (Kyle Secor) will join Barry (Grant Gustin) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) in the show. The synopsis suggests that Caitlin, Barry, and Cisco will learn something new about Thomas and according to the assumptions among the fans, this new information could be of him being the supervillain known as Icicle.
