NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Fox News host Greg Gutfeld attacked the protestors that led a demonstration in and around Capitol Hill, demanding a ceasefire in Gaza.

The protest consisted of Jewish Americans who were calling for the end of the bombing in the Gaza Strip which has caused hundreds of deaths of the Palestinians.

Gutfeld thrashed the protestors for their leftist views on the Israel-Gaza war and declared that the protestors did not have the right to speak up since they were not the victims of Hamas' attacks on October 7.

Greg Gutfeld criticizes Jewish protestors at Capitol Hill

The Fox News host discussed how Israel's attacks on Gaza are an adequate response to what Hamas had started a few days ago.

"This isn’t pickleball, it’s war. I mean, it’s like these are not two sides with equal merit and equal dishonor. It’s terrorists versus Israel," Gutfeld said on 'The Five'

He went on to add, "Enough with the ceasefire talk. We had a ceasefire. It was on October 6th. You know, you can’t break a ceasefire, wage war, and then call a ceasefire. The era of the free punch is over. Israel has decided, we have decided. So, it’s not your choice anymore, protesters."

Gutfeld also explained that the protest wasn't valid given that the American Jews were not affected by the Hamas attacks.

"Jewish protesters calling for a ceasefire is like the typical leftist pleading not to arrest their mugger because he had a bad childhood. So, it’s not going to work. You don’t have a say over the justice that will be enacted because you weren’t the one affected by it."

Greg Gutfeld calls out media houses for siding with Hamas on hospital bombing

Gutfeld also targeted news shows like CNN and MSNBC for speaking against Israel on the case of the recent hospital bombing that left many shaken for its vileness.

"How did the media fall for this hospital thing?" Gutfeld questioned, "They trust [Hamas]? They trust the people who launched the most disgusting, repulsive terrorist act in recent history?"

In attacking news media platforms, Gutfeld declared that they rushed into "false narratives" about who was actually responsible for the Gaza hospital bombing.

The side, whether Israel or Hamas, behind the bombing, is yet to be confirmed as there is evidence against both. While Hamas blamed Israel for it, Israel blamed it on a misfire caused by Hamas. Around 500 lives were lost in the explosion at al-Ahli Arab Hospital on October 17.

The Jewish protest had people donning shirts that said  "NOT IN OUR NAME" on the front and "JEWS SAY CEASEFIRE NOW" along with banners of "Let Gaza Live" and other similar slogans.

Many have blamed Hamas and Palestinian civilians for leading this war from religious motivations against Jews and the response of the protestors aligns against using anti-semitism as a prevalent narrative in justifying the incessant bombing of Gaza.
