(Excerpts)

At this stage, where do you see yourself on the business front? Have contacts and relationships made a stark difference?

Relationships and keen knowledge of what works best for my team and I are essential these days. We pride in our reputation for being fair, honest and trying to help others to succeed.

Season 1 debuted to positive critical acclaim and Season 2 seems to have gone a notch further with fans lauding the first few episodes. What more can the audience expect this time around?

I've been incredibly impressed with the women this season. In most episodes, you will find strong women that are working incredibly hard to be successful and who can quickly learn from their mistakes.

In Episode 4, can you tell us how you'd go about helping Robin sorting out her dilemma?

Robin has a lot of moving parts with three properties, so her organization and management will be key to her success. Can she pull off three projects at once?

Robin is one of the many aspirants who hope to strike it big in the world of real estate. What would be some pointers you'd give them at the starting point?

I've always believed that working harder and smarter than others results in success. The pot of gold doesn't magically appear at the end of the rainbow.

Is it right to say rogue contractors are the biggest culprits when it comes to home flipping?

Contractors can only go rogue if they are not managed effectively by those that employ them. So the buck really does stop with the investor.

According to TV Guide, the official synopsis of Episode 4 reads: "Robin ditches her job to embark on her dream career: real estate. She buys a period house in Woodlawn, and she decides whether to renovate it or make it an Airbnb."

New episodes of 'The Deed: Chicago' air every Wednesday at 10 pm ET on CNBC.
