'The Case Against Adnan Syed' and other documentaries that you should watch in March
Documentaries give viewers a look at the reality of the lives led by famous people, decode mysteries behind criminal cases, tried to be objective while narrating the story about some of the most interesting personalities that achieved fame and/or fortune for a variety of reasons. It could be about a country's hidden stories ('American Hidden Stories'), or a look at the everyday lives of killers ('The tapes of Ted Bundy'), or a look at a cult that has a huge number of following across the world ('Wild Wild West'). Here are some of the interesting films lined up this March
1. 'The Case Against Adnan Syed'
Oscar-nominated docu-filmmaker Amy Berg well-known for her true-crime documentary exposes has worked on 'The Case Against Adnan Syed'. This is based on the hit 'Serial' podcast that resulted in the arrest and conviction of Baltimore high school student Hae Min-lee's boyfriend's arrest after her death. It is a four-part series which concentrates on Syed seeking and then winning an appeal post 'Serial'. The HBO docu-series will premiere on March 10.
