'The Bachelorette': Are producers doing Clare dirty? Fans say she is 'villain of her own season' due to bad edits

The latest (October 27) episode of 'The Bachelorette' saw Clare Crawley face some major criticism from her suitors for her growing proximity with Dale. Throughout the episode, she expressed one too many times how badly she wanted to spend time with Dale even when she was on a spa date with Zach.

Ever since the show began, speculations were rife that Clare and Dale had known each other from before their appearance on the dating reality show. With each passing episode, the couple has only grown more close, so much so that the other suitors are complaining about feeling left out.

In tonight’s episode, Clare didn’t mind when Dale interrupted her date with other contestants and even let him spend time with her in her private room. While the other suitors seemed furious about what was happening between Clate and Dale, fans were seen questioning the producers of the show.

Till now, Clare hasn’t chosen Dale for a one-on-one but has undeniably spent the most time with him. Viewers are now of the opinion that the producers of 'The Bachelorette' are deliberately putting Clare in the situation by scripting Dale’s visits and more, showing her in the bad light. The latest episode also saw Clare and Dale canoodle, unable to keep their hands off each other, while the former conveniently chose to ignore other suitors.

More and more people have expressed on Twitter as to how the segments from the show were being "edited" in a manner to make Clare look "dirty" while she continues to live with the impression that Dale is her "future husband".

One user tweeted, "I feel like the show's producers and editors decided to do Clare dirty given how the rest of the season allegedly unfolds. She looks bad. Bad bad bad. I’m sure most of it is her genuinely being terrible, but the way the show is cut is doing her no favors, either #TheBachelorette." Another said, "The producers are also doing Clare real dirty here as well with this edit. Don’t forget that before we start judging. #TheBachelorette"

A user wrote, "the producers are really doing clare dirty this season.. they have the power of editing and are portraying clare as the villain of her own season because they already had tayshia on standby #TheBachelorette" Another tweeted, "I’m just curious how producers think this entertainment for us. It’s disgusting!! #TheBachelorette."
