'The Bachelorette' 2022: Fans hail Gabby Windey's grandpa John for approving Erich Schwer

'Glad Grandpa thinks Erich is a keeper', said a fan loving Gabby's grandpa John in the finale episode

MEXICO CITY, MEXICO: The weeks long adventurous journey of reality stars Gabby Windey and Rachel Recchia in 'The Bachelorette' Season 19 is coming to an end as the most popular reality series has entered the show's finale.

The finale episode's first part, just like the rest of the episodes, had been a perfect mix of emotional conversations, over-the-top drama, and broken hearts. The participants also revealed what they really felt for both Gabby and Rachel which ended in a tearful conclusion for both Gabby and Rachel who didn't get a proposal from either Erich or Aven despite the ladies having ensured the boys met their respective families.

The finale episode part one aired on September 14, was a happy moment for Gabby when Erich met her entire family and friends again as the only man in her life who she could picture herself getting settled down with. Erich met her parents and most importantly Grandpa John. For those unaware, Erich had previously met Grandpa John during the group family date with Gabby a few weeks back in the show.

Erich shared how madly he is falling in love with Gabby. He said that she is the only girl who understands him for who he is. He also added that he can picture himself having a blissful life ahead with Gabby and will do everything possible to keep her happy. On the other side, Gabby feels really loved and pampered by Erich. Then she also tells her family that she has finally found a person who can make her feel so comfortable and understands her for who she is. For Gabby, Erich is a person who has accepted her with all her flaws and imperfections.

Erich's words left Gabby's grandpa John impressed and he finally gave his stamp of approval to the guy. Erich is a perfect guy who can keep her happy, he said. The episode left fans of Gabby and Erich overjoyed. Many took to Twitter to express their happiness with grandpa John approving Erich.
