Oh, how the Bachelor Nation has turned on Barb. From being the woman everyone was worried about, thanks to her iconic "bring her home" clip that was played every week throughout this season, to being the woman fans are now branding as "more dangerous than coronavirus", Barbara Weber has definitely come a long way.

Her fall from grace really started to pick up after she met Madison in the part one of the finale and it escalated after she wouldn't stop frowning at her from the audience during March 10's final night. It only got worse from there as Barb decided to talk about why she didn't feel as warm as she did with Hannah Ann, her "angel on Earth".

"The show last night, it didn't show everything," Barb started, probably unaware that she was already pretty low on the fan graph of tolerance. She went on to say that Hannah Ann was "organic and loving" but Madison just didn't care. "The next day, we met Madison, and it started on a rocky road, because she had us wait three hours to come in... she didn't want to meet us. When she did come in... we didn't get an apology from her, and when I proceeded to ask her if she was madly in love with my son, she said no and she would not accept a proposal in four days," she said.

And it began.

"The Coronavirus in female form!! #Barb #TheBachelor" tweeted one fan as another said, "When my kids ask me about the coronavirus, i’m gonna tell them it was barb." Another said, "The only thing scarier than the coronavirus is the thought of being barb's daughter in law."

They are slamming her for trying to ruin Peter's love life by being controlling and manipulative. "Corona Virus who? I’m more scared of Barb Webber #TheBachelor," said one as another said, "DELTA is giving away discounted flights, not only because of coronavirus but because Pilot Pete & his entire pilot family gave them bad publicity, discount code at check out is BARB #TheBachelor."

A third one said, "The coronavirus may kill us all, but Barb killed us first #TheBachelor." Another quipped, "All in favor of volunteering barb to test the coronavirus vaccine say 'I' #TheBachelor."

"Coronavirus: the most hated thing in America Barb: hold my beer #TheBachelor," said another fan while one pointed out what they had in common, "You know what barb and the coronavirus have in common? They're both making everyone sick."

If that wasn't enough, Barb went on to say that Peter had to "fail to succeed", adding that their relationship would never work. This came after host Chris Harrison tried to end on amicable terms. Is this the same mother the fans had been doting on since Hannah Brown's season? Clearly, things have changed.
