In the December 2 episode of ‘The Amazing Race’, the teams moved on to the next destination from India to Cambodia. On the way to the airport, Will and James confessed that they think Gary and Angelo are threats. As soon as they landed, the teams took taxis to reach the destination where their first clue was waiting. The teams were required to find the tuk-tuk rickshaw at the destination that has the gnome with the clue. Once they found the clue they were required to take a boat to the Buddhist Temple. Will & James and Maddison & Riley were first ones to find the clue and hop on boats to go to the temple. Once they reached the temples they were required to bow down at the entrance and offer the gift basket to the monks and show respect to them in certain sequences based on which they would be offered the next clue.

Eswar and Aparna had a hard time trying to find the tuk-tuk rickshaw. DeAngelo and Gary were quick to follow the first two pairs and so were Hung and Chee. DeAngelo and Gary’s boat breaks down midway through the ride and other teams pass by them except for the brother-sister duo (Aparna and Eshwar) who were still behind. The boat started after initial turbulence and Gary and DeAngelo were back to the grind. All the teams reached the temple one after another and were led to the next challenge by the monks.

Nezt, the pairs either had to do a fishing or a gardening challenge, both replicating the daily mode of income of the locals. For the fishing challenge, the pairs needed to collect small fishes by capturing them into a net that had to be constantly spun around manually while for the gardening challenge the pairs needed to plant some vegetable plants and seeds that are staples in Cambodia. Hung and Chee were taken to the gardening challenge by their boat driver even though they asked to go to the fishing challenge due to some miscommunication. They decided to do the challenge anyway, followed by ‘The Boyfriends’ (Will and James). All the other teams decided to do the fishing challenge. The catch of the challenge was whichever team finished first could give one of the teams the U-turn, which would mean that team had to finish both the challenges to move on to the final challenge.

The Beard Guys (Maddison & Riley) and DeAngelo and Gary finished almost together but the first ones to reach the U-turn point were DeAngelo and Gary, the boys decided to give the brother and sister the U-turn. The last challenge was a complicated ‘Fit the Mold’ where one from each pair was required to make delicate artistic tiles. Finishing the challenge perfectly would require them to arrange a puzzle to get their final task. The final task was to reach a certain ancient temple in Cambodia where host Phil Keoghan would be waiting for them and the last ones to reach the temple would get eliminated. Aparna and Eshwar reached the temple last and the brother and sister were eliminated from the show.

'The Amazing Race' Season 32 airs on Wednesdays at 8 pm ET on CBS.
