LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA : The upcoming American science fiction streaming television series 'Silo', formerly known as 'Wool', is created and written by Graham Yost, directed by Morten Tyldum, and is based on Hugh Howey's 'Silo' book series. Rebecca Ferguson, who also serves as the executive producer, will feature in the series, which debuts on Apple TV+ on May 5, 2023.

The series features an outstanding ensemble cast, including Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Robbins, Common, David Oyelowo, Rashida Jones, and many others. What is 'Silo' about?

The official synopsis of the series reads "Men and women live in a giant silo underground with a lot of regulations which they think are supposed to protect them from the toxic and ruined world on the surface." The show stars Ferguson as Juliette along with Common ('The Chi'), Harriet Walter ('Succession'), Chinaza Uche ('Dickinson'), Avi Nash ('The Walking Dead'), David Oyelowo ('Selma'), Emmy-nominee Rashida Jones (Parks and Recreation) and Tim Robbins ('Mystic River').
