Swedish actress (who plays Sara) Sundqvist broke into the mainstream thanks to her role in the series 'Inte OK!'. She also starred as Pia Nordh in the acclaimed 'Sthlm Rekviem'. Sundqvist was nominated for a Guldbagge (Gold Beetle) for Best Actress in 2020 for her role in the movie 'Ring mamma!'. She was also nominated for a Gold Beetle for her performance in 'Tack och förlåt'.

Comedienne Björck (who plays Linda) gained a massive audience with her comedy sketches on Instagram. In 2021 she made the comedy sketch series 'Charlotta x 8'. In 2021 Björck was nominated for female comedian of the year.

Who directs 'Thank You, I'm Sorry'?

'Thank You, I'm Sorry' is directed by Lisa Aschan, who also directed Sanna Sundqvist in her nominated role in 'Ring mamma!' Aschan's debut film 'Monkey Girls' was an instant critical success winning her the Dragon Award Best Nordic Film and the FIPRESCI prize, among numerous other awards.

Is 'Thank You, I'm Sorry' worth watching?

If Lisa Anchan's 'The Deposit' and 'Monkey Girls' are anythng to go by then definitely. But it's important to note that Scandinavian movies and series are not necessarily everyone's cup of tea, especially those brought up on the quick pace and 'sunniness' of most American and Latin shows and films.
