14-year-old who hanged himself to get back at parents wanted them to find him before he died
An inquest has heard how a teen who was upset at being moved away from his school because of his bad behavior was found hanged inside his home. Adam Bramley had recently started smoking cannabis and was being problematic for his parents and his teachers. In an attempt to allegedly "manage" his bad behavior, the 14-year-old boy was taken out of his school and away from all of his friends. He was sent to another school but would refuse to go and would frequently run away and be absent from class.
Mirror Online reported that the teen was found hanging in his bedroom on May 1 last year and he died in the hospital later that same day. The Chesterfield Coroner's Court was told that it was very likely that the teen had intended for his parents to find him before it was too late but unfortunately they did not.
