'Teen Mom OG': Catelynn surprises Tyler with a vow renewal ceremony as they try to move past their differences
Catelynn and Tyler Baltierra have always been the example for the perfect couple but things haven't always been good between the pair. The pair have had their ups and downs and over the years, together, they have faced a lot. However, for the past few months, Catelynn and Tyler have been trying their best to build their relationship back up.
With many things happening around them, Catelynn knew that it was important for them to do something special. However, she wanted it to be a surprise and make sure that Tyler was left stunned with what she had planned. For this purpose, Catelynn decides to book tickets for them to go out on a trip without their children.
She decided to drop her children off at her parents and just make the day all about them. Once the pair reached their destination, they decided to have some fun and went to the beach. But the main surprise awaited at the end of the day.
Catelynn decided to blindfold Tyler and take him down to the beach. Once she removed the blindfolds, Tyler felt confused and uncertain about what to expect. He saw a woman down the beach but did not catch the hints about what the occasion could be. Once the two met the woman, she offered Catelynn some flowers.
It is then that Catelynn broke the news to Tyler that she wanted to renew their vows because they had been through a lot. She added that she wanted something to remind them about how important it is to tressure special moments with one another.
Tyler was overwhelmed with emotions as the two started the vow renewal ceremony. The ceremony asked the two to take the pebbles and whisper all the things that they wanted to forget and move on from. Once they were done with it, they were asked to throw the pebbles into the water, which acted as a sign of a new journey.
The two ended the ceremony by sealing it with a kiss and promising each other that they would be counting their blessings more in their life. Catelynn hinted that after seeing Amber Portwood's relationship she appreciated having Tyler in her life and there is no doubt that the two are set to support each other through thick and thin.
