Mackenzie McKee and Josh McKee have been going through ups and downs in the relationship ever since she found out about the cheating incident. However, in the previous episode, the pair was able to reach an understanding and give their relationship a second chance. While Mackenzie and Josh seem to be on the same page, certain things are about to change in their lives.

As Josh decided to spend more time at home, Mackenzie revealed that she was offered a job. She sat down with her mother and confessed that for the first time, she scrolled through the Instagram messages that she gets and was surprised to find a job offer. Mackenzie has always been a cheerleader but she had to put her dreams aside when she got pregnant.

While she always insisted on following cheerleading for the rest of her life, her family thought it was not a dream worth pursuing. Despite this, she knew she wanted to get back to cheerleading as it made her feel good. In the upcoming episode, we see that Mackenzie finally gets her chance.

She revealed that she has been offered a job to help with the cheerleading squad and admitted she was thinking about accepting it. While Mackenzie seemed excited about it, her mother, on the other hand, asked her to rethink the decision. She asked Mackenzie to think about her relationship with Josh as they were slowly trying to rebuild it.

Her mother was worried that spending time apart will not bring them any good at the moment as they were already struggling as a couple. Mackenzie's mother pointed out that her decision to travel for work might not fit well with the decision she and Josh made as a couple.

Mackenzie admitted that she hadn't spoken to Josh about it. However, with her cheerleading dream finally becoming a reality, will Josh disagree with her decision to go back to work? While you will have to wait for his answer, one thing that is certain is that his decision will either make or break their relationship.

'Teen Mom OG' airs on Tuesdays at 8 pm ET on MTV.
