Amber Portwood made headlines when the news about her domestic violence incident came to light and ever since then, the reality star has not commented on it. However, in the latest episode (March 24) of the show, Amber had the support of her cast members when it came to facing his ex-boyfriend, Andrew Glennon in the courthouse.

Catelynn Baltierra was the first one to call Portwood and asked her if she wanted them to be there next to her. Amber agreed and stated that this was the time she really needed their support. Catelynn agreed to come and asked her cast members, Maci Bookout, and Cheyenne Floyd.

The girls then flew down to meet Amber and the three of them hinted that they fully support Amber through all this. They were quick to point out that everyone did not know the whole story and the only thing that was discussed in the media was one side and that happened to be of Andrew's story.

They also pointed out that Amber had struggled with mental health issues for a long time and it wasn't right for Andrew to take her son away from her. Once Amber joined the cast, she revealed that the court hearing was stressing her out. Even though she was not allowed to comment on the ongoing court hearing, Amber made it clear that she was not happy with how things were going.

She stated that Andrew had taken everything from her. Right from her car to her son, she confessed that she wasn't happy to know that everything was taken away from her. At this point, Cheyenne asked Amber if she wanted to scream. While she hesitated at first, the four of them later screamed on top of their voice and Amber admitted that she felt good.

As the day of the court hearing came, the girls stood beside Amber and supported her. Amber revealed that the court allowed her to meet her son often but she added that the fight for the custody of her child would be harder. While Amber had the support of all her cast members, the fans were not too pleased to see this bond.

Many wondered why none of them told her that what she did was wrong. "No matter what happened that night Amber deserves friends, support, & family to lean on." Cheyenne is right but, to an extent. I hope that someone was there to tell Amber what she did was wrong instead of just giving support off the bat because she's mentally ill," one viewer wrote.

Another added, "#TeenMomOG hey let’s all go support amber! Hopefully, she doesn’t pull out her machete and try to off you guys! sENdiNg LoVE." Another echoed similar thoughts and wrote, "If Amber was abused would her friends be doing all this to defend the person? No. She has abused multiple people. But they still look for excuses. That's so disrespectful to the people who have been abused by her. There's no excuse. Hold your friends accountable."

'Teen Mom OG' airs on Tuesdays at 8 pm ET on MTV.
