‘Ted Lasso’ Season 3 Episode 10 Preview: Will Rebecca take Edwin's deal for the club?
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: ‘Ted Lasso’ has entered the final leg of its third season. AFC Richmond, the club managed by Ted, has adopted a new 'Total Football' philosophy that has resulted in eight wins on the trot, but the biggest win for the team came in the dressing room. In Episode 9 titled ‘La Locker Room Aux Folles,’ Colin’s likeness to men was revealed to all the team members, and Isaac, who was furious at first, apologized and made amends with Colin by playing a game of FIFA with him.
It’s laudable that a show like ‘Ted Lasso’ takes an LGBTQIA+ issue and shows it in such a warm light. But it is among the many issues addressed by the show in its current run. Too many plot lines have been introduced, which has made the show intriguing yet difficult to follow at times. For now, AFC Richmond is cruising in the domestic league; Nate, who was deemed the villain for Rebecca, and the club are enjoying a fulfilling romance, Keeley, the PR representative of the club, is suffering from heartbreak; and Ted has recently learned that his ex-wife intends to remarry. How the show will tie up so many plots in the remaining three episodes is beyond anyone's comprehension. But in the upcoming episode, the players are on international duty, and Rebecca is visited by a foe from the past.

The billionaire from Ghana is back
Edwin Akufo, the Ghanaian billionaire who inherited his wealth from his father, is back with another proposal for Rebecca in the upcoming Episode 10 of the series. Whatever that proposal might be, it looks troublesome. During the earlier seasons, Edwin tried to poach AFC Richmond’s star player, Sam Obisanya, by offering him a deal to join a club in Ghana. Edwin took Sam to a museum and a dinner at a Nigerian restaurant, trying to lure him away from Richmond, but Sam decided otherwise and stayed in England. Given the show’s capacity to introduce more chaos with every episode, a visit from a familiar foe will spice things up for the viewers but brew more trouble for Rebecca and the club.

In the next episode, all the players of the club are expected to tend to their international duties and will be away from England. Ted might also make use of this to spend more time with his son and get close to his ex-wife again. For Roy Kent and Keeley, a romance may be rekindled.
