'Survivor: Island of the Idols' season 39: Fans want Missy and Elizabeth axed after making false accusations against Dan's 'handsy' behavior

While according to Missy and Elizabeth this might have been a massive good game move, it is not justified because the damage is done.

'Survivor: Island of the Idols' season 39 might be just a game and lying when it comes to voting during tribal council is common, but what Missy and Elizabeth did was deceiving and nonacceptable, especially with the present situations that storm the internet and fans want them removed.

Wednesday night's episode of 'Survivor: Island of the Idols' featured touchy situations, accusations, lies, and dived into #MeToo. When the episode aired Kellee and Missy first bond on how they have been feeling uncomfortable with Dan touching them inappropriately.

Kellee breaks down in front of the camera during an interview, the producers enter the scene and issue a warning to Dan. Later Lauren informed Missy that Dan is just a decoy vote, but Kellee is planning on voting her out in tribal council. So Missy and Elizabeth decide to use this situation against Kellee and come up with a master plan.

Missy tells Elizabeth to have a heartfelt conversation with Janet about this. "You tell her how uncomfortable you are. Like, you have a very open mom-daughter moment about how uncomfortable you are. Right now, that’s our only play," Missy instigates.

Elizabeth during the interview reveals the plan saying, "My job is to do whatever it takes to get on the right side of the numbers. The original Vokai are not the biggest fan of Dan, so if I can play up that card in whatever way possible, I’ll do it.” While we assumed that Elizabeth might have felt the same way like Kellee, she reveals yet again that she didn't feel like that. “Honestly, I’ve felt safe this entire time and if I had felt uncomfortable I would have said, ‘Please stop."

While the entire game is about deceiving and lying, if it's within the rules, lying about feeling uncomfortable by another contestant's touch when someone has been through that is not the right thing to do. Especially lying not just to your tribe members but on national television is not just ruining one's reputation, but the trust of others too.

While according to them this might have been a massively good game move, it is not justified because the damage is done. Taking to Twitter post the episode, fans share that they are outraged by Missy and Elizabeth's behavior. Some even shared that they hope the producers remove them from the show for lying and faking accusations on such a serious and sensitive issue.

"This show is outrageous. How can @survivorcbs allow Elizabeth and Missy do what they did to Dan & Janet. Kellee should not have gone home and instead @survivorcbs
should remove Elizabeth and Missy. #Survivor," wrote a fan.

Adding to that another said, "I’m sorry CBS handled this poorly...Dan should be off the show, and Missy and Elizabeth are almost if not worse in my opinion claiming Dan touched them too and used it in gameplay I’m sorry that crosses the line right there and Aaron your a joke man #Survivor."

"#Survivor Missy and Elizabeth are why women are not believed. This is sickening," shared a fan. While another wrote, "Dan should have been taken out of the show. You're disgusting!! Missy and Elizabeth - you two are a disgrace. Sexual harrassment should not be used as game play. Janet - I hope you win. #Survivor."

"After watching every season of survivors, it’s repulsive to see Elizabeth and Missy manipulate something as important as tonight’s subject to further themselves in the game. Disgraceful #Survivor," wrote a fan.

"Completely disgusted by missy and Elizabeth making a game out of real life issues with male inappropriateness - these are the women that make real victims not want to step forward. While Janet stood with integrity and us persecuted for it #Survivor," shared another fan.
