Secrets, deception and betrayal are at the heart of the latest episode of 'Supergirl'. While some revelations are blatantly evident, there are others that add to the mystery and suspense factor of the episode.

Five episodes into season five of The CW's 'Supergirl', we're finally able to put a few pieces together in the mystifying jigsaw puzzle. In the episode that aired on November 3, Kara and William continue to investigate the Rojas family.

Their efforts lead them to another villain, by the name of Rip Roar, who allegedly murdered Russell Rogers, William's best friend from college. Not just this, Russell was romantically involved with Andrea Rojas, who William and Kara believe is up to no good.

William and Andrea's backstory was actually one of the most interesting parts of the episode after Lena Luthor's scenes with Malefic. There was finally some interesting insight into Andrea Rojas, the bosswoman of CatCo. Worldwide Media.

The best part was seeing Kara investigate Andrea, which actually gives her something more to do, rather than just being yelled at by her.

The big reveal at the end of the episode (which really was extremely predictable), was that Russell is actually Rip Roar, and he is working for Leviathan and she tells him to "change the world".

But that's not just the only thing. Throughout, we were led to assume that Andrea Rojas is the real villain here (as William and Kara continue to frantically investigate her office) except that it doesn't clearly seem so.

At the end of the episode, a rather nervous Andrea gets into a limo, and the Leviathan lady is sitting there and tells her to deal with Rip Roar.

From what it seems, Andrea is not the real supervillain here, she is just a pawn in the larger sheme of things and is being used by Leviathan.

Her father might have gotten her into the wrong business, and she is struggling to navigate it as well. Will Andrea go to the good side or will she emerge as another villain that Supergirl has to battle?

In the comics, Andrea is known as Acrata and is a far cry from her television depiction. Acrata appears to be more of a 'Mexican Batman', with a few anarchist inclinations and has often worked with superheroes, Iman and El Muerto.

In fact, in the comics, she had even saved Mexico and the world from destruction by a bio-terrorist group trying to channel the powers on Earth to accomplish their goals.
