Super Bowl LIV is a big enough day as is but this year it's particularly special because the event is happening on Groundhog Day. So obviously we have a 'Groundhog Day'-inspired commercial starring Bill Murray.

The hilarious Jeep commercial shows Murray stealing a groundhog and spending the rest of his day or days driving around in a Jeep Gladiator. It's a fun twist on the classic movie and the fans are absolutely loving it.

"THAT BILL MURRAY COMMERCIAL IM IN TEARS," one fan wrote on Twitter.

"Bill Murray and Jeep and the groundhog won the super bowl commercial game," another fan declared. Another fan wrote: "Bill Murray, groundhog day, best commercial of the day!"

"I feel like Bill Murray just shows up wherever you least expect him now. Regardless, some good entertainment in this one from @Jeep," yet another fan tweeted.

Another fan wrote: "Bill Murray doing groundhog day on groundhog day was all that and more."

"The #GroundHog day commercial with Bill Murray was funny," another fan wrote. "I liked the whack a mole. #SuperBowl Don't ask me what they were selling, though."

"It's been 23 years since the #GroundhogDay movie came out and @BillMurray has been stuck in the time loop for that long," a fan tweeted and added, "They say he was caught for 40 years but I don't remember anything about a shiny Jeep. Must be the Groundhog Day Effect."

"And the winner is.... Bill Murray's Groundhog Day/Jeep ad," another fan wrote. "It' by far the best Super Bowl Ad. Bill Murray just makes everything better."

Finally, a fan summed up all our feelings about the commercial, writing: "Bill Murray wins the #SuperBowl commercials and breaks the internet, and he's not even on Twitter."

Super Bowl LIV was broadcast live only on Fox on February 2 (Groundhog Day).
