'Sunny' Episode 3: What happens to Takumi? Spilling secrets costs Mixxy's friend his freedom

KYOTO, JAPAN: 'Sunny' Episode 3 starts off on a confusing note. We see two women sitting across a table with limbs and hands displayed in cabinets around them. Their conversation is interrupted with the screams of a man upstairs who is being brutally tortured.
Only in the latter half of the episode, the identity of the man being tortured and the person behind it is revealed.
When Suzie Sakamoto (Rashida Jones) asks Mixxy (annie the clumsy), the bartender, about the dark manual, she takes her to Takumi, an old high school friend.
Takumi runs a sex toy shop in a shady area and is the same man we saw being held captive at the beginning of the episode.
What does Takumi tell Suzie Sakamoto in 'Sunny' Episode 3?
Takumi seems hesitant to talk about the dark manual as he is aware of the dangers its discussion could bring.
It is also evident that Takumi has a crush on Mixxy which she uses to their advantage and makes him spill some information.
While he doesn't give much details, he asks them to visit a club named Wanted and meet Tendo.
Who is torturing Takumi in Apple TV+'s 'Sunny'?
Soon after Suzie and Mixxy leave for the club, an old man enters Takumi's shop. He is the same man who was stalking Suzie in Episode 3 when she stepped out of her home after two weeks.
It's safe to gather that Takumi is being held captive by Hime (YOU), a mystery woman introduced in the opening scene of Episode 3.
She is the one who asked her men to spy on Suzie. It appears that Hime is part of a criminal gang that puts robots to use for illegal purposes such as killings and unnatural sex.
Takumi cries and yells that he doesn't know anything and his character gets no further spotlight. At this point, his fate remains uncertain. Hime will most likely get his limbs chopped off since this is what the elements of her establishment suggest.
Meanwhile, we are seated for Episode 4 to know more about Hime, whose evil intentions are unknown as of now.
