Summer House besties Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard have seemingly assumed new roles as the couple vibes between them have gotten much stronger than just friendship. Turns out their housemates are finding it hard to deal with it, especially Danielle Olivera (who used to date Carl). However, that hasn't stopped the two from indulging in a public display of affection. They hold hands, kiss, and hug whenever they can.

Carl was an absolute gentleman when he took Lindsay out on a date on her terrace. She wasted no time and wanted to explore a different side to their friendship by offering to play a quiz called the 'newly date game,' in which they would each gulp down a shot of alcohol before asking a question to the other. Lindsay began with sex positions, while Carl asked if she was looking to settle down and have a family.

"I, personally, have been looking to settle down. So, I need to know that this is going in that direction in order for me to actually take anything seriously," Lindsay answered. Even though Carl said he respected her thoughts on the subject but commitment scares him because of what happened with his parents - they parted ways, divorced last year - and that has sort of stayed with him and continues to not allow him to commit to something that's long term.

Lindsay was offended and you could see that on her face. She told Carl that he was making excuses to not be in a committed relationship and his parents had nothing to do with it. To see a well-adjusted person like Carl yell was a surprising sight because he has always kept his calm and handled situations in the best ways possible. But, this time he felt disrespected and demanded an apology from Lindsay, which she refused because she cannot say sorry to someone who is yelling at her.

However, the couple was able to patch-up and understand each other's points of view, it was almost like a fresh start for them.

Meanwhile, fans think Carl is wrong in the situation and should be more responsible.

"Carl, you and Lindsay are 30+ and you know she wants to be married. You decided to crossover the friendship line now you are saying that you are scared of commitment. Either you’re in and you’re out. How much more can you get to know each other? #SummerHouse," a fan wrote, while another shared: "Carl, “I have commitment issues” is 100% an excuse to not have to be in a committed relationship. Run Lindsay, run far away! #SummerHouse."
