'Summer House: Martha's Vineyard': Meet 11 sexy housemates who will explore romance on Bravo show
CAPE COD, MASSACHUSETTS: 'Summer House' is getting a new spinoff on Bravo TV which, as the subtitle suggests, is set in Martha's Vineyard. 'Summer House: Martha's Vineyard' drama is going to be intense with a group of friends as they spend their summer together and all the fun and drama that comes with it. The group will have fun on pristine beaches, romantic sailboats, and colorful gingerbread cottages in Martha's Vineyard, an island south of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Notably, the upcoming show features an all-black cast, and Martha's Vineyard has a vast history of being one of the first beach destinations where African Americans could go on vacation and purchase properties.
Bravo TV has also unveiled the official trailer for the upcoming series and introduced 11 friends, old and new, who will be spending the summer under one roof, drinking, partying, crying, and laughing. The three-minute trailer follows the group who are ready to celebrate 'Black excellence' through new romances, newlywed lives, budding relationships, and heated disagreements. However, Besides all the drama in 'Summer House', the group will also explore new relationships and hookups. Notably, 'Summer House' is the second spinoff of the franchise, as Bravo is also home to 'Winter House'. But the latest show, which also features a furry friend, is going to be a roller coaster ride of emotions. So get ready to pack your bags for an epic vacation, but first, meet the cast of the thrilling reality show.

Soon after their summer wedding, Jasmine and Silas Cooper invited a group that consists of both old and new friends to vacation with them in Martha's Vineyard.
Alex Tyree
Alex tries to live a life of intention without drinking, as seen in the trailer. He tries to persuade his friends to do the same, but he juggles with his housemate. Alex is an artist, creative director, and music curator. He credits his success to his daily disciplines of journaling and meditation, according to his profile interview. Alex and Jasmine are friends from their days as creatives in the Brooklyn circle. He is also a fraternity brother of Nick. Alex grew up in a religiously sheltered environment as his father was a preacher. His time in such an environment led him to explore beyond those bounds at a later age. But now, Alex is looking to be as real as he can with a romantic partner. Notably, looks are not everything for Alex as he craves a deep connection.
Amir Lancaster
Amir is a Texas native and an up-and-coming real estate tycoon. He is new to Martha's Vineyard and looking forward to learning about its Black history and connecting to his roots. Amir is biracial as he's Black with Lebanese roots. He was raised by his Lebanese family and is on a mission to connect with his African-American heritage. When Nick invited him out to 'Martha's Vineyard,' he was on cloud nine for the opportunity. Notably, Amir will seek love and the one worth bringing home to his mom. We will see in the Bravo show if he found the one.
Bria Fleming
Bria is a fashion entrepreneur and loves the finer things in life. She doesn't care what people believe and works hard to maintain the lifestyle she has accomplished today. Bria revealed in a profile interview that she was left heartbroken after her boyfriend swept her off her feet at the Cannes Film Festival. To forget her past, she moved from New York City to Germany, where he resides. She was vacationing in Europe last summer and missed out on the share house. However, after all the suffering, Bria vowed to enjoy the time of her life on Martha's Vineyard this summer with her best friend, Shanice, and the group. Bria currently is in a new relationship despite being surrounded by eligible men. However, her friendships are tested throughout the season. But Bria is going to have fun with her furry friend, Milo Fleming.
Jasmine Ellis Cooper
Jasmine is an aspiring screenwriter, who was born in the Midwest and raised in Atlanta. She has a confident personality and people around her love her quirky humor. As a writer, she struggled for a few days when she moved to New York. But Jasmine lived out of her car with her best friend, Mariah, and after six months moved into an apartment that she shared with Jason. She recently married the love of her life, Silas, whom she met on Hinge. Jasmine is thrilled to bring her friends to Martha's Vineyard where Silas asked her to be his girlfriend.
Jason Lyke
Jason is a senior flight attendant for one of the top airlines and serves celebrity clients. However, when he is not in the air, he is mostly preoccupied with dancing, socializing, and being the life of the party. Jason is an entrepreneur with projects such as skin care and beard oils. He was born and raised in Chicago and has a vigorous work ethic. Jason is close to Jasmine as they were roommates before she met Silas. Jason tends to be the counselor for the group but often finds himself at the center of the drama. Meanwhile, Jason revealed during the interview that he knows how to put his game and not let trauma define him.
Jordan Emanuel
Jordan has been friends with Jasmine since they started playing Playboy Bunny days together. She still loves to spend time with her best friend and that's why jetted off to the Island. Soon after her graduation, Jordan posed for Playboy and become the fourth Black Playmate of the Year and the very last. She currently runs a nonprofit, and hosts a podcast, and DJs, all while working on a swim line. Jordan loves curating a vibe with music, fashion, and food. She unintentionally involved herself in drama and there's no escape for her on 'Martha's Vineyard'. Jasmine and Jordan had an instant connection and they even call themselves sister-cousins.
Nicholas 'Nick' Arrington
Nick is a self-proclaimed style master who always has an outfit ready for any occasion as he was exposed to fashion at a very young age by his mother. Nick is a sports brand manager with a flair for style and a passion for running. Besides being a sports enthusiast, Nick also styles grooms for their weddings. He is a self-proclaimed romantic and loves hard, but has high standards when it comes to dating. As seen in the trailer, Nick competes with Amir for a housemate's affection.
Preston Mitchum
Preston is an attorney but his extensive resume doesn't end with that only. He is an activist and adjunct professor and has also appeared in cable news shows as a contributor. The former prom king has also been published across countless media outlets for his political and legal expertise. The Black queer activist likes to speak his mind about a variety of things. Preston has previously been to the Vineyard and considers it one of the most amazing and beautiful places that he has ever seen. Preston was previously in a relationship with Donald for two years. But now Preston is excited to spend the summer on the Vineyard with Jasmine and his beloved fraternity brother Silas.
Shanice Henderson
Shanice loves to have fun as the quintessential party girl and knows all the hottest spots in town. She is very close with Bria as they were Playboy Club bunnies together along with Jordan and Jasmine. Shanice's standards for dating are high as she seeks men who must be tall and athletic. Shanice joined her close pal as an escape from her past and she is still healing from her last relationship. Shanice is working through attachment issues but is ready to turn up this summer. Shanice joined Vineyard to meet her future husband this spring. But viewers have to wait a little bit more to know what will happen when she finds out someone in the house is spreading rumors about her past.
Silas Cooper
Silas currently lives in New York with her wife Jasmine. He studied at Ivy League schools and is a member of prestigious fraternities and organizations. Silas works in finance and is also an officer in the Army Reserve. Notably, Silas often visits the Vineyard for the past seven years to escape from the world. But his latest visit to the Island is going to be different as Silas is ready to take his relationship with his wife, Jasmine, to a romantic vacation as the new power couple.
Summer Marie Thomas
Summer belongs to a Jamaican family but was raised in Pasadena, California. Meanwhile, Summer's love of writing brought her to Sundance in 2019 where she met Jasmine, and the two have been friends ever since. Summer is a budding screenwriter and is currently a production coordinator for a boutique production company in Los Angeles while she films and pitches out her first script. However, Summer's hot persona turns everyone's heads and things will stir up as she intends to have the best possible time. Summer explores Vineyard for the very first time as she needs a vacation and is looking forward to experiencing the Black excellence of the Vineyard for the first time.
