'Summer House': Carl and Lindsay dating could be a mistake while Kyle and Amanda should split, believe fans
Carl Radke and Lindsay Hubbard of 'Summer House' could try dating but their friendship may get destroyed in the process, at least that's what the popular opinion is on social media.
They have been the best of friends since forever and share a deep connection and to upgrade that to a different level sounds like a good idea on paper. However, it could be a disaster given how it all started.
A couple of weeks ago, Carl finger blasted Lindsay and the housemates began teasing them based on what went down between them. It was then that they realized they share feelings, which was why they decided to take it forward.
In this week's episode, we see Lindsay confiding in her friend Danielle (who once dated Carl) how she has been thinking of taking it forward with Carl adding that they had gotten intimate.
As much as she wants to be supportive of Lindsay's decision, Danielle says she isn't fully sure if that's the best idea for her because she has dated Carl earlier. Later, in a casual chat both Carl and Lindsay express their feelings for one another and end it with a hug and kisses.
This is a huge step for both of them given how they've struggled to come to peace with the fact that their friendship will be at stake if anything were to go South in their romantic relationship.
Meanwhile, fans believe they are making a huge mistake by getting into all of this.
"Carl and Lindsay should not blow their friendship bc that is exactly what they are abt to do if they date. #Summerhouse," a viewer wrote while another shared: "Carl and Lindsay do not love each other. This storyline is so boring and stale. #SummerHouse."
"Raise your hand if you know Carl and Lindsey’s relationship will crash and burn before it takes off," a fan pointed out. Well, let's hope for the best.
Meanwhile, Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula, who appear to be a settled couple all set to walk the aisle, are experiencing issues in their relationship. The red flags are evident in the way they interact with each other.
One could see Kyle trying to make efforts, or at least ask Amanda if she'd like something to eat after she returns home tired. However, she thwarts his efforts by saying that she is no mood so "whatever".
But Kyle's not so kind all the time. He picked on Amanda while they were chilling with the rest of the cast members for being messy. A pile of shopping boxes, clothes have been lying around the room and despite multiple reminders, Amanda has not cleaned the area up.
Later, when the couple meets with Amanda's parents, Kyle figures out that his future looks difficult because her parents laughed it off when he shared his concerns with regard to Amanda's cleanliness and how she just loves to pile things up.
This was preceded with questions related to their wedding, which they were much behind on when it came to planning it. Even though the parents were concerned at first, they hoped for the best and encouraged them to fix a date and venue soon.
Fans, however, want them to split because there's no love left in their relationship. It's almost as if they are dragging it out.
"Does anyone else feel like this Kyle Amanda relationship is super 1 sided? I don't know if the age difference or what but someone clearly does not want to be in this relationship. #summerhouse," a fan shared.
