Stormy Daniels denies any sexual encounter with Donald Trump back in 2006
Taking drastic measures to shut down the critics, Michael Cohen sent a two-paragraph statement signed by Stephanie Clifford denying that she had any “sexual and/or romantic affair” with Trump. According to a report released on Friday, former pornstar Stephanie Clifford who starred in several adult movies as 'Stormy Daniels' was allegedly paid $130,000 by Michael Cohen, President Trump's personal attorney, to keep mum about an affair she had with Trump a month before the 2016 elections.
The Wall Street Journal reported that Trump's lawyer put together a payment to the said pornstar after a nondisclosure agreement was worked out by her lawyer.
Close friends of Stephanie Clifford told reporters that the rendezvous took place in a celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe back in 2006.
Another adult film actress Alana Evans had told the Daily Beast about corroborated the story saying that Clifford had told her about the alleged fling. Apparently, Clifford had invited her to go along with her. She later said, "I ended up with Donald in his hotel room. Picture him chasing me around his hotel room in his tighty-whities.’”
“I was like, ‘Oh, I really didn’t need to hear that!’” Evans responded.
There have been several allegations against President Trump for sexual misconduct with starlets and upcoming models. However, back in 2016, his spokeswoman Hope Hicks has denied all the said accusations labeling them as "absolutely, unequivocally untrue".
Pornstar Daniels has starred in several adult film blockbusters such as “Breast Side Story”, “On Golden Blonde”, and “Good Will Humping”.
Taking drastic measures to shut down the critics, Michael Cohen sent a two-paragraph statement signed by Stephanie Clifford denying that she had any “sexual and/or romantic affair” with Trump.
Her statement said, “Rumors that I have received hush money from Donald Trump are completely false.”
In an interview with Fox News, Cohen said “These rumors have circulated time and again since 2011. President Trump once again vehemently denies any such occurrence as has Ms.Daniels.”
Fox News received a letter from Daniels in which she stated:
"I recently became aware that certain news outlets are alleging that I had a sexual and/or romantic affair with Donald Trump many, many, many years ago. I am stating with complete clarity that this is absolutely false. My involvement with Donald Trump was limited to a few public appearances and nothing more.”
Clifford also asserted that when she met Trump, he was “gracious, professional and a complete gentleman to me and everyone in my presence.”
The “Rumors that I have received hush money from Donald Trump are completely false. If indeed I did have a relationship with Donald Trump, trust me, you wouldn’t be reading about it in the news, you would be reading about it in my book. But the fact of the matter is, these stories are not true.”
The Wall Street Journal, however, claimed that Clifford threatened Trump's organization to break her silence as she was not getting the payment fast enough.
Keeping up their Trump bashfest, back in 2016 the news site had reported that Clifford was going to appear on "Good Morning America" to talk about her encounter with Trump when the alleged news came to the forefront about Trump's affair with a former Playboy model.
Jessica Drake, another adult film actress had alleged that Trump had kissed her along with two other women without prior consent after the 2006 golf event in Lake Tahoe.
She said, “I did not sign (a nondisclosure agreement), nor have I received any money for coming forward. I spoke out because it was the right thing to do.”
Trump denied another accusation about him cheating on Melania Trump after she gave birth to their son Barron Trump.
According to unverified sources, news about the Clifford agreement came to the fore around the time Trump was recorded having a "locker-room talk" with a friend which was demeaning for women.
More than a dozen women have accused President Trump of sexual misconduct but have been unable to prove any of their allegations. Having said that, the White House has blatantly denied all the accusations.
Back in 1990, Trump had had an affair with actress Marla Maples and this resulted in his divorce with his first wife Ivana. Earlier this week, Trump's personal attorney Cohen filed a defamation action against Buzzfeed and Fusion GPS for alleging his involvement in the "Trump-Russia" dossier put together by a former MI6 agent.
