As each day comes along, people across the globe are finding ways to keep themselves entertained during the novel coronavirus outbreak. And television’s favorite host Jimmy Fallon is giving fans exactly what they need to ride this storm of darkness by bringing in interesting guests and introducing fun segments in the home edition of his late-night show.

Tonight’s episode of 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon — Home  Edition' saw a special guest. Sting, former lead singer of the British Rock band 'The Police', joined Falon and The Roots to present a remix version of 'Don’t Stand So Close To Me'.

Before the legendary singer made an appearance, Fallon took a moment to emphasize the importance of self-isolation and even joked as to how the upcoming song by The Roots and Sting conveys the same message.

Meanwhile, fans cooped up in respective spaces have taken to Twitter to thank Fallon, The Roots and Sting for keeping them occupied with their fun rendition of the song.

"Who just saw 'Don’t Stand Too Ose to Me?' on Jimmy Fallon? Loved it!! #JimmyFallon #Sting," wrote one fan. Meanwhile, another impressed fan called it an "awesome socially distanced rendition".

Some fans are thanking the host for providing wholesome entertainment which is helping them get through the rough time that the world is entangled in due to the pandemic.

“Totally love your show during this time of struggle!! Kudos to you and your crew for making it so fun to stay up late, lord knows we’re all up for late night now!! Love seeing your family too!! Thank you, Jimmy Fallon, for the great entertainment!! #JimmyFallon," one fan said.

And how could one not take notice of Fallon’s little munchkins who are clearly stealing the show since their father started airing the home edition? As his daughters join him for yet another episode of the late night show and keep their father company, fans can’t stop adoring them.

“#JimmyFallon your little girls are hilarious. The little one picking her nose during your monologue on 4/9/2020 was priceless," joked one.

‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon - Home  Edition’ airs on NBC and Jimmy Fallon's official YouTube channel.
