LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Stephen Colbert, in the latest episode of 'The Late Show', unleashed a scathing critique of former President Donald Trump, even going so far as to brand him a "fascist".

This audacious remark has triggered a wave of online reactions, with a significant number of internet users agreeing that the host's description was not an "exaggeration."

Colbert asserted that there was an immediate need for America to be reminded of Donald Trump and his escalating inflammatory rhetoric. 

On Tuesday night’s ‘Late Show’, Colbert stated unequivocally, "Donald Trump is a fascist." 

Colbert pointed out that Trump has been using language reminiscent of Adolf Hitler and Benito Mussolini. For instance, he highlighted Trump’s promise to eradicate left-wing "vermin" if he were to be elected president.

Colbert also devised a vibrant method to illustrate the necessity of these reminders about Trump's true character.

He said, "It's important to, let's say, metaphorically jam the sharpened stick of knowledge into the soft inner thigh of your mind and just grind it around a bit to try to reawaken the horror of what our country would be like if this hate-filled dingus and his soulless goons ever got a hold of power again."
