‘Station 19’ adds more twists and turns than one can imagine. Andy Herrera (Jaina Lee Ortiz) and Robert Sullivan's (Boris Kodjoe) relationship has been at the testing stages after she found out her mother was alive. Towards the beginning of Episode 2, Sullivan attended a virtual meeting that would help out with his addiction. Soon after, Carina advised him that he’d get more out of the meetings if he put more into them and encouraged him to get a sponsor.

Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr) then helped Sullivan by sharing his old tales. “You wanna hear about the time I walked into the OR drunk?” he asked. “C’mon, who wouldn’t wanna hear that story?” Later Amelia Shepherd (Caterina Scorsone) provided him with some assistance but refused to be his sponsor. If he wants to make his marriage work, Sullivan needs to find a male sponsor so he doesn't use sex as an outlet after the addiction.

In a new teaser for next week's episode, Andy asks Maya Bishop (Danielle Savre) if she will testify at Robert's hearing. The summary of the next episode reads: "The future of Sullivan's career hangs in the balance as his disciplinary hearing gets underway; the crew investigates an electrical fire at a neglected apartment building that serves as the home for some of Seattle's most prominent drag queens."

Fans are worried about what may happen next. "I’m so glad they just separated for his sobriety & not actually separated! But my god that DICKson guy is so annoying! Shouldn’t he be in jail? Or did he call in more favors?" one said and another posted, "I'm wondering about Andy. What is she going to do if Sullivan loses his career?" A third said, "If they all do tell the truth I do not see how this could end well for Sullivan 🥴. Don't get me wrong, I respect him for getting help and taking responsibility as he should but hearing everyone's testimony of before all that is just...yikes."

Now, the episode is not airing next week and will only be back after a one-week break. Many viewers are disappointed. "SUCH A GOOD EPISODE. 2 weeks!?!?! Nooooo," one said and another posted, "How can u give us scenes like that and Then make us wait 2. Weeks for next episode???" A third said, "In 2 weeks? Oh yeah Thanksgiving is next week lol."

The crossover episode of ‘Station 19’ Season 4 x ‘Grey's Anatomy’ Season 17 premiered on Thursday, November 12, as it airs at 8 pm ET on ABC. Following that, episodes will air weekly on Thursday at 8 pm ET. Catch the third episode on Thursday, December 3, 2020, on ABC.
