A 53-year-old man was charged for a sex attack on a bus in Sydney. Reports state that the man, identified as Timothy Patrick Palmer, will not be granted bail because authorities deem him a "danger to the community."
Palmer allegedly touched a 17-year-old girl's thigh on a bus while pleasuring himself. The incident reportedly occurred on Sunday and he has been denied bail to go home for Christmas after he appeared before Parramatta Local Court.
Officials took Palmer to Newtown Police Station where he was charged with sexually touching another person without consent, stalk/intimidate intend to cause physical etc harm, and carrying out a sexual act with another without consent.
