The 'Southern Charm' reunion was all about big reveals. While Madison LeCroy led the pack by addressing the rumors that have shrouded her personal life, Kathryn Dennis was not too far behind when she said that her ex-partner Thomas Ravenel was suing her for full custody and moving away from Charleston. The couple share two kids — six-year-old Kensington and four-year-old Saint.

While it blindsided most on the set, it must have been equally shocking for Kathryn as well because last we checked she couldn't stop smiling as she announced how she and Thomas have agreed on joint custody back in 2019 at the BravoCon. At that point, the custody battle had dragged on for quite a bit making life challenging for both parties involved.

In this week's episode that aired on February 4, Kathryn didn't share the reason why but The Sun had access to court papers filed in October 2020 by Thomas and they reportedly state that he has full custody of the kids while Kathryn can be given supervised visitation rights because she has "relapsed and is no longer sober from illegal drugs."

While we cannot confirm the contents of the South Carolina court papers, The Sun has shared excerpts from them and they contain a lot of accusations, which only Kathryn can address in time.

Thomas apparently claimed that Saint was "formerly diagnosed with FAS due to Kathryn’s excessive drug and alcohol consumption while he was in utero” and added that their son took “speech and occupational therapy for years to help combat his delays, but he is still falling behind at school.”

While Kathryn will be the best person to explain the situation she is in, fans have weighed in with their two cents on her weight loss and linked it to drug use more than a few times in the last few weeks. However, they still support her when it comes to Thomas doing Thomas things.

"Thomas is suing for full custody again? Kathryn is a mess but she has really been through it with Thomas. He’s a monster. #SouthernCharm," a fan commented while another shared: "@KathrynDennis girl you fight! That douche don’t deserve it! Thomas is an ass! #southerncharm."

"What a shit! Cause you’re moving so you’re suing KD for full custody?! Garbage! YOU are deciding to move. You’re kids need the normalcy & their Mom. #SouthernCharm," another tweeted.
