Sophie Pecora continues to build excitement for her upcoming debut EP with the release of her second single 'No Service', a track that expresses what it feels like to be ignored because someone is on their cell phone too much and realizing how good it feels when there is no internet service because you can connect better with people. Pecora, who was Brad Paisley’s Golden Buzzer pick on 'America's Got Talent' Season 14, is hitting the music scene with her unique singer-songwriter/rap-poetry style of original pop music. Having already penned over 100 songs since the age of nine, including '7th Grade' which won first place in the prestigious ISC songwriting competition teen category, the now sixteen-year-old is embarking on a promising career as pop music's newest teen idol.

Pecora's journey, as noted, began when she was a kid with a dream, but her dreams manifested on the AGT stage where she performed three of her original songs live back in 2019. Paisley, a guest judge, awarded her the Golden Buzzer for her song 'Misfits', with Paisley later stating about Pecora, "It’s amazing to watch somebody be so vulnerable and honest in a song." He further shared, "I know people in Nashville who write every day hoping to write something like that," adding in another instance, "I’d love to hear a whole album from Sophie." Pecora would go on to earn standing ovations for each of her performances, with Julianne Hough stating, "What you just performed for us is truth. I thought it was brilliant," and Gabrielle Union noting, "You’re so young, but you spoke to me and I’m 46. You held us all captive...Never stop. You’re such a rockstar. So needed." Howie Mandell said, "You're really unique and you dance to your own drummer, yet that drummer is really relatable. It was real and wonderful," and Simon Cowell shared, "You have this delivery that’s really cool...You, a guitar, a beautiful lyric, a beautiful song. An immaculate performance. Silenced the whole room in the best possible way. I’m slightly in awe of you right now."

Still just a teen, Pecora is already proving to be a force. And the singer-songwriter, rapper/poet, and musician whose lyrics seem to speak to all ages is all set to deliver a whole record of tracks that, as she puts it, "turn feelings into art." For all her musical genius, Pecora harbors but one wish: to touch people’s hearts through her songs so they don’t feel so alone, so they know that even if all seems bleak now, things always get better. And given the young artist's massive following across various platforms, it's certainly heartwarming to know that is the message she'll be putting out into the world.

Pecora kicked off her upcoming debut with her first single, '7th Grade', released on August 28. Speaking about the track the singer shares, "The song 7th Grade expresses what it feels like in school when kids bully, reveals the internal struggle and angst, and finally getting through your sadness and although you’ll never forget, you no longer carry the hurt." Following single 'No Service', is rooted in the idea of human connection, making for a timely message. Her third single, 'Devil', is set to follow on October 23. Pecora shares, "The song Devil expresses what it feels like to be really mad at someone you used to be close to and courageously deciding not to allow them in your life anymore because of being mistreated too many times." Other songs on Pecora's debut album include 'Use Me', a song about escaping an abusive relationship and discovering your own self-worth, 'Creep', which describes an internal conversation between your real and 'fake' selves, and the aforementioned 'Misfits', which details what it feels like to not fit in.

The album sees Pecora raise the bar she set for herself on the AGT stage. But she's not about to stop there, because she has a second EP that will follow early next year. Three singles will drop early in 2021, preceding EP's release.

The first album is scheduled for release on November 20, 2020, and the second album is scheduled for release on April 23, 2021.
