Sophia Hutchins says Caitlyn Jenner is the 'most selfless person she's ever met' days after denying any romantic link between them
Sophia Hutchins gushed about her partner Caitlyn Jenner, who is currently competing on 'I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Outta Here!' describing her as "extraordinarily generous" and the "most selfless person" she's ever met.
Sophia made the comments after recently revealing that her relationship with her live-in partner was not a romantic one because of their 47-year age gap although she considers her family.
Appearing on 'Good Morning Britain' this past Wednesday, November 27, the 23-year-old brought up an act of kindness Caitlyn did for her fellow competitors on the show. The 70-year-old former 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star had smuggled a piece of corn to share with ex-footballer Ian Wright after he along with fellow contestants Cliff Parisi and Andy Whyment were not allowed to join the rest of the camp to eat roast dinner.
"Caitlyn is one of the most selfless people you will ever meet, she is generous, extraordinarily generous, and extraordinarily thoughtful," Sophia said of her partner's gesture.
"I was not surprised it happened, rules are meant to be broken right? And I think Caitlyn has shown us in her life that she really goes by that motto and is extraordinarily giving to everyone."
She also pointed to how Caitlyn had given away millions of dollars in charity to different organizations whose causes she's supported, telling hosts Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid, "So, from that to giving some guy a piece of corn in the middle of the jungle, this exemplifies who Caitlyn is as a person."
Sophia also rubbished speculation which suggested that the Kardashian and Jenner clan were not being supportive of Caitlyn and insisted otherwise.
"No matter what Caitlyn does, her kids love her to death, her kids support whatever she’s doing," she said. "You saw Kim Kardashian tweeted. There’s support, there’s nothing but love coming from the kids to Caitlyn. I think the media is reading way too much into what you’re referencing."
Asked if she would go to Australia to see the 70-year-old, Sophia said she "couldn't possibly comment" and explained, "Everyone thinks I’m mooching off Caitlyn but I do have my own job and my own career that I have to focus on. If my travel schedule permits it, I would love to go down there. I think we’ll have to wait and see."
