Who is Jade Bender? 'Shang-Chi' star Simu Liu steps out at ESPYS 2022 with his rumored girlfriend

The couple sparked dating rumors after their initial interaction at the 2019 Unforgettable Gala in Beverly Hills. They soon made a style statement at the ESPYS and now were seen all smiles at the Comic-Con where Liu's presence also confirmed his future appearances in the MCU. Their red carpet date comes at the ESPYS after the two were spotted at a Jimmy Kimmel Live! taping in Los Angeles where the MCU star had a fun chat with guest host Chelsea Handler in Kimmel's absence.

It was confirmed that Liu would be featured in a sequel of the blockbuster MCU flick last December. Talking to Complex, he expressed excitement about his return. 'What I really loved was hearing about DestinDaniel Cretton] coming back. Again, not a surprise, but we absolutely love to see it. He's such a critical part of the success of that movie,' he said. "I want to say, I often get a disproportionate amount of credit for the movie doing as well as we did, but it really, really is Destin. You know, it's the filmmaker and storyteller. It's very much his medium," he added.
