'Siesta Key': Kelsey is certain that Juliette still loves Alex and her intentions with Sam are not 'genuine'
'Siesta Key' = Juliette Porter's love life. First, we had Alex Kompothecras, then Robby Hayes, and now Sam Logan. Even though she moved on from Robby pretty quick, the same cannot be said about Alex. At least that is what roommate-friend Kelsey Owens seems to think.
In the season finale, Juliette learns that Kelsey has been discussing her relationship with Sam with other people in the group. Kelsey feels Juliette's intentions are not "completely genuine" with Sam. This was enough for a confrontation. They both get into an argument about Sam, during which Kelsey points out to Juliette that she is still in love with Alex. "You don't know that," yells Juliette.
Kelsey and Juliette have had their differences but looks like this one's not going away any time soon. Kelsey has wanted to start her swimwear line for the longest time, but now Juliette has gone forward with the idea, spoken to people, and is almost ready to start her own brand. This didn't go down well with Kelsey but the two were able to come to terms with it, hug it out at Garrett Miller's Forge Supplements launch event.
Have Juliette and Alex really moved on? From what it appears now: Yes.
Alex is having a baby with Alyssa Salerno, Juliette is happy taking trips around Florida with Sam. Clearly, they have both moved on. But, given a chance, will they be willing to get back together? Hard to assume at the moment but it wouldn't be surprising if they did.
These two have had an on-off relationship. Even when Alex was committed, he hooked up with Juliette in Nashville and that created a huge gap in his relationship. But Juliette was happy to add fuel to the fire. She called Alyssa and informed how they have had sex "several" times, possibly in the hope that they would split but it didn't happen.
However, it seemed Juliette walked out of the one-sided relationship the moment she learned that Alex and Alyssa were planning a family together. Let's hope it stays that way and Kelsey is finally able to be happy about Juliette and Sam being together and hopefully, in love.
