'Siesta Key': Garrett tells Kelsey he'll always love her, tickled fans ask 'is that a hickey on your neck?'

It looks like Garrett Miller and Kelsey Owens are ready to call it quits and the final nail seems to be him addressing her as Cara Geswelli. The cheating rumors have put a dent on their relationship and it's not going to go away anytime soon. But the couple at least made an effort to talk it out in this week's episode (August 18) of 'Siesta Key.'
At Garrett's Forge Supplements launch, he was clear that he wanted to hash it out with Kelsey but the conversation didn't exactly pan out as planned. It seemed like Kelsey wanted to give them another chance but Garrett made it impossible with his inability to remember names. He called her "Cara" and smiled while Kelsey appeared frustrated from having to deal with it all.
This was not the first time that he was defending himself for mixing names. When he was dating Cara, during a heated argument he accidentally took Kelsey's name, who was his ex then. Cara was surprised too. However, Garrett tried to calm her down by giving her a hug and assuring her that he will always have love for her more than she'll ever know. They didn't say the words but it did seem like a goodbye.
Meanwhile, fans thought it was indeed shocking that Garrett would even make such a mistake, but they were more focussed on the hickey on his neck. They even asked him directly in the comments of one of his tweets.
"I’ll always have love for you @thekelseyowens #SiestaKey," he wrote, under which there are a string of comments questioning the mark on his neck, which many thought was a hickey.

"This show so fake. Garrett probably never dated either one of these girls in real life so it makes sense to confuse the names. & I love it! #SiestaKey," a fan commented.

"Kelsey don’t even want Garrett. She just ran through everybody else in the Key and Garrett was the only one dumb enough to take her back #SiestaKey," a viewer pointed out.
