'Siesta Key': Chloe is Alex's 'dog' for siding with him even when Juliette needed her support, say fans
Chloe Trautman's behavior and approach in this week's episode of 'Siesta Key' have not gone well with the fans. Previously, she had promised Juliette Porter that she was like a sister to her but clearly she didn't mean any of it because she was gossipping about her with Alyssa, Alex Kompothecras' girlfriend, and Juliette's former hairdresser. Alyssa and Chloe were discussing how Juliette needs to stop talking to Alex and move on for real, adding that she brings out the worst in him.
But pot-stirring is not what is Chloe does all the time. She is also very serious about helping Alex upgrade the newly-bought bar. As she shares information about the drinks that have been served all this while and what they were priced at with Alex, the latter learns of Robby Hayes' new party, which was being attended by Juliette. This pushes him to send screenshots of Juliette's texts to him (about how she still loves her) to Robby and Chloe is happy to see him create drama.
This shift in dynamics is hard to fathom because Chloe was the one who convinced Juliette that Alex wasn't good for her and that she should move on from him because he has cheated and lied to her on multiple occasions. She went from being a concerned friend to an estranged friend who believes Juliette brings out the worst in Alex.
Even when Juliette called Alex out at Jared's birthday party for lying to her face that he had been in touch with her and they've been on calls as early as 3 am, Chloe seemed more worried about her glasses that Juliette had borrowed from her than supporting a friend who was being proven as someone who produces false news.
Her siding with Alex has viewers livid with some even calling her Alex's 'dog.'

He’s a jerk to you laughing at your expense & Chloe was never your friend! She’s just a shit stirrer!."
