'Siesta Key': Juliette, Amanda and Kelsey slammed for leading the men on and messing with their feelings
The girls of 'Siesta Key' — Juliette Porter, Kelsey Owens and Amanda Miller — are looking for fun and there is no doubt about that, at least not after what went down in this week's episode.
Jared Kelderman and Kelsey shared a kiss at the pool at Brandon Gomes' 24th birthday party. It meant something for him but Kelsey was only looking to have fun because she didn't waste any time moving on to Jake, her boss from modeling days.
They went for paddleboarding and as they relaxed by the beach chatting about their current equation, Kelsey confessed to liking Jake and added that Jared was nowhere in the picture. The two shared a kiss. Later, when Jared questioned Kelsey about where they were headed in their dating scene, she flat out admitted that she is only looking for a good time. Jared left the scene without creating much drama.
Kelsey is not the only one who has been sailing on two boats. Amanda told Brandon earlier that she prefers not to put a label on their relationship and exclusivity is something they should steer clear of. Brandon agreed but her closeness with JJ (Amanda's ex) has been bothering him and things took a weird turn when Amanda went missing from the pub. Brandon looked for her frantically while she kissed JJ.
Meanwhile, Juliette broke up with Robby after she met Alex and realized how he had kept her from being with her friends. She dumped him saying her heart wasn't in the relationship and she was not looking at anything serious at the time. However, unlike the other girls, Juliette seems to be hung up on Alex and continues to harbor feelings for him. She was in tears when she found out that he has moved on and is happy with Alyssa.
However, fans have called out the girls for two-timing the guys on the show and playing with their feelings.
"These girls straight up don't give a damn about these guys feelings on #SiestaKey," a fan expressed, while another pointed out: "@SiestaKey the guys wanna be in relationships and the girls just wanna be 'hot girls' #SiestaKey." "These girls are playing the game and the boys are losing #SiestaKey," a user posted.
"Amanda is here by a thot. And so is kelsey. Yeah theres nothing wrong with having fun but leading someones feelings on is not fun nor grown. How about these girls act their age and stop fucking with peoples feelings. Its not cool #SiestaKey grow the fuck up seriously," another tweeted.
