'Siesta Key': Chloe wanting Juliette to apologize for punching her is nothing but a power trip, say fans
Juliette Porter and Chloe Trautman's friendship is on the brink of being over, especially after what went down at the housewarming party. Everyone has their own versions of the ugly spat that eventually came to blows. Interestingly, no one is backing down. Their egos are placed solidly and neither of them wants to take the first step.
In this week's episode of 'Siesta Key', we see Chloe file a police report only to hold it over Juliette's head. Cara Geswelli supports her decision and encourages her to press charges if she repeats herself. Chloe is hurt by her actions, both literally and figuratively. She feels if she would have been in Juliette's shoes, she would have made an effort to repair their friendship — make a call, text, or even show up at the door.
As Chloe, Cara, Madisson Hausburg and Victoria discuss the fight, Juliette learns that a police report has been filed, after which she calls Chloe to apologize but her sorry speech ends up in her voicemail. Earlier in the day, Chloe wonders if Juliette will ever show any sign of remorse and yet refuses to take her calls. The next morning, Juliette sends her a long text (that was co-written by boyfriend Robby Hayes), which was never dignified with a response. Tired of waiting around, Juliette head to Chloe's home and stops her on her way out to explain herself and how terrible she felt about having attacked her.
Chloe and Juliette try having a mature conversation but that doesn't last long because they kick off a blame-game sesh. Juliette wants Chloe to see how sorry she is, even admits to the police complaint not being an issue but she is in no mood to listen and rambles on about how she had a long day ahead of her and would like her to leave.
Meanwhile, fans online believe Chloe was being totally unreasonable about the situation. She wanted Juliette to apologize and yet, she is down to playing the victim card.
"Juliette went to far, but chloe is acting like her shit don’t stink when she has been constantly miserable and unhappy for everyone on the show since the jump, she said sorry... get over it! #SiestaKey," a fan wrote.
Another posted: "Chloe is so fucking fake first it was “she better come to my house. I’m gonna hold this over her head”... now you don’t know why she’s at your house. #SiestaKey"
"Oh for fk sakes @chloe_trautman. You. Are. The. Worst," wrote another fan. “I got an idea...I’m going to file a police report and then just use it as ammunition against @juliettep0rter whenever I need a power trip. Gaaawwwwd #SiestaKey," another viewer said.
Clearly, viewers think Chloe wanting an apology from Juliette is nothing but a power trip. She was never too hurt to have filed a police report.
