'Siesta Key': Cara fights with Garrett for not noticing her nose job and talking to Kelsey, fans call her whiny
MTV's 'Siesta Key' Season 3 has kicked off with a drama-filled episode. What else can you expect when you have a group of exes, currents hanging out together and separately?
This week's episode follows multiple storylines, of which Cara Geswelli and Garrett Miller's story was highlighted the most. Both of these young adults have a past.
Before they got together in Season 2, the two were dating other people. Garrett was with Kelsey Owens, while Cara was with Alex Kompothecras. Interestingly, it's not the past that is affecting their current dynamics.
They are not able to get on the same page as each other. Cara gave Garrett an earful for not commenting on her nose job, leaving him completely at flux.
In his defense, Garrett said that he does compliment and appreciate her. Later, when the couple party at the beach, Kelsey joins the league creating an even deeper rift between the two.
Kelsey and Garrett have a history and hard-to-ignore chemistry. From their conversation, it's evident that they're still attracted to each other but Garrett has to get back to Cara because he respects her feelings.
However, Kelsey finds it weird that he has allowed her to control his every move to this extent. Later, Cara and Kelsey have a little showdown of sorts over the latter's little chat with Garrett, after which Cara walks up to Garrett to confront him about the same.
It's getting messy for everyone on 'Siesta Key' but that is probably what is keeping viewers hooked on to the show. Cara has been judged left, right, and center for forcing Garrett to compliment on her new nose.
"Last season Cara hated it when Garrett would touch her thighs cuz she's so insecure. Now you want him to talk about your nose job? It's a lose lose situation #SiestaKey," a fan wrote.
"What is Garrett supposed to say about it? Wow Cara, sick nose job. Might have to get one myself. #SiestaKey," another wrote.
"Cara is killing me. Getting off that effing jet is giving me life!! But giving Garrett shit about the nose job is SO whiny. #SiestaKey," a user tweeted.
"And Garrett: U deserve better than what ur putting up with. Remember, beauty is only skin deep and Cara is living proof of it. #SiestaKey," another viewer expressed.
Are relationships this fragile that it has to break over a missing compliment? Time will tell. Catch all-new episodes of 'Siesta Key' on MTV every Tuesday, 8/7 c.
