'Siesta Key': Brandon questions Madisson-Ish relationship and age gap, fans divided
MTV's 'Siesta Key' is all about loving, hating, betraying, and moving on. And the couples on the show are doing exactly that. The Season 3 premiere episode opened with Alex Kompothecras-Juliette Porter, Cara Geswelli-Garrett Miller, and Madisson Hausburg-Brandon Gomes picking up the pieces of their relationship. While Alex-Juliette and Madisson-Brandon have gone separate ways, Cara and Garette are still trying to figure out the future of their relationship.
Moving on is tough but also the best feeling once you've done it. Madisson, who is currently dating 'Siesta Key' producer, Ish Soto, is back in the bay and she has a tough time keeping ex-boyfriend Brandon off-limits. In a fit of rage, the former lover questioned Madisson-Ish's relationship stating that it was weird. Ish warned him while letting him know that his girl doesn't want anything to do with the budding rapper. This results in a flare-up, which Chloe Trautman tries to douse successfully.
She acknowledges that Ish's age (he is 20 years older than Madisson) makes everything weird, but if she were in his (Brandon) shoes, she wouldn't have cheated on her. This totally put the young artist off and he left the beach in his car. Later, Juliette was seen admitting to Madisson how lovely they (Madisson-Ish) looked together and wished them the best.
How did Brandon-Madisson split?
The couple was going strong until Brandon got swayed by the attention he would get from girls attending his gigs. He grew distant and would rarely take calls from Madisson or even entertain her wishes. This one time he got really busy chatting up Jane (who couldn't stop praising his shirtless performance) and later even spending the night at her apartment.
When all of this over and Brandon was ready for a fresh start — he had even written a song for her — Madisson was in no mood to patch things up with him simply because she wasn't sure if it would be the same. Guess, some relationships never get a second chance.
Meanwhile, Twitter applauded Chloe for calling Brandon for cheating on Madisson. But there's also a section siding with Brandon, sympathizing with his pain and hoping everyone around him would let go of the fact that he had once cheated on his girl.

He said he was sorry and knew it was wrong and he faced the consequences but that was a long time ago! Let it go! #SiestaKey," expressed a viewer. "Brandon is beautiful and he’s very much correct in saying Madisson’s new relationship is weird #SiestaKey," a user pointed out.
