In a series of sick trolls, Paul Pelosi was targeted by many Twitteratis, with one saying, “Probably someone sick of the insider trading.” The second wrote, “When criminality and corruption go unpunished at the highest levels, watch for the trickle down. Rule of law keeps slipping away - so this will continue. Maybe serving up some justice would be appropriate rn - or - nah??” Another person tweeted while calling the attack as fake, “It was staged. It gives the Dems talking points. How low will they go. Just happen to take place just before the election.” One more user took this moment to criticize some of the Democrats policies, “Well I hate to see any violence take place, now would be a good time to look at those democrat policies that will benefit only the elite. How bout that no cash bail and defund the police. Im sure the Pelosi family can afford private Armed security.” One other reaction read, “I haven't seen any pics to verify the VIOLENCE against him. They always over exaggerate things anyway. Let's wait and see the final SPIN they put on this. Just know it's going to be a LIE when it comes out.”

Nancy Pelosi was campaigning for the upcoming mid-term election for Democrats during the time of the attack and is under full-time security as Speaker of the House, but the rules don’t cover her partner with any kind of federal protection. Nancy is tipped to be second in line to run for the presidency in 2024 and is easily among the most powerful women in the office.

Paul Pelosi is from San Francisco Bay Area and is a businessman. He married Nancy in 1963 and they share five children. The couple owns a four-bedroom San Francisco home in the city center of her congressional district, which they bought for $2.2 million in 2007.
