'She Would Never Know' Episode 16 brings JTBC's show to an end and it's on a happy note. Song-ah (Won Jin-ah) and Hyun-seung (Ro Woon) do end up together but not before Hyun-seung puts Song-ah's determination to test this time. After all, the last time when things got tough, she put the brakes on their relationship.

She had truly believed that it would be easier on both of them to just break up instead of putting themselves through the long-distance relationship that was taking a toll on them. Song-ah believed that she was letting Hyun-seung down, who seemed to always wait for her to show up. She was always busy with work and it was work she had wanted to do so very much. Yet, when she knew that her work was putting pressure on them, she thought that it would be better to let him go.
