LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Arya and Tasha Alexander have a specialized business that simplifies the preparation of beef wellingtons for customers to make at home.

While the entrepreneurs of 'Shark Tank' Season 15 were intrigued by their concept, they were concerned that Wellingtons LA doesn't sell directly to customers.

Unfortunately, none of the sharks expressed interest in investing in Wellingtons. Kevin O'Leary had previously invested in a similar company, which made him a competitor.

Due to Michael Rubin and Mark Cuban's lack of confidence in the company's business plan, Arya and Tasha will need to seek out new investors.

Fans rushed to X to chastise the Sharks for failing to make a bid on Wellingtons.

One person tweeted, "I think the Sharks missed out on an opportunity. Good price point too." Another intrigued fan asked, "Hazelnut Wellington?" One user also noted, "It looks really good and the varieties of Wellington are on point." A fourth user wrote, "These #Wellingtons look delicious! I am anxious to hear the feedback from the Sharks!"

After the episode ended, she took to X, to write, "As an investor I have to be passionate about both the people & the product. Product was great, but I just don’t eat a lot of meat. #SharkTank@ABCSharkTank."

Arya recalled on the official Wellingtons LA website how the concept for their business occurred to him and his fiancee Anastasia Geroulis, aka Tasha, as they were debating what to eat for dinner during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown.

They chose to create a beef Wellington that night and were so enthused by the experience that they continued to produce variations of the dish for friends and family for the next three months.

According to the company's history on Goldbelly, the idea to manufacture beef Wellington in particular originated from renowned chef Gordon Ramsay, who is well-known for his love of the meal.

That fateful night, Arya and Tasha had the chance to witness Gordon make a beef Wellington on TV and decided to try their hands at the dish.

"The reason our Wellington is special is we're a mom-and-pop shop. Just very small, and getting as high-quality ingredients as possible from our local butchers," Arya explained in an original video on their Goldbelly page.

Wellingtons LA, then, offers an artisanal alternative to Gordon Ramsay's acclaimed rendition of the classic meal.
