‘Shark Tank’ Season 11: Know the top-two products from the show that could flood the markets

We saw four unique products on the premiere episode and two looked very promising. Read on to know more.

The premiere episode of ‘Shark Tank’ Season 11 saw four unique product pitches ranging from cleaning tablets to feeding spoons. Each of these products tickled the consumer in us to rush to the nearest retailer to grab them before they are off the shelves. Of the four products shown, two stood out to us, and we believe these have the potential to be successful.

Blueland eco-friendly cleaning tablets

Syed Naqvi & Sarah Yoo pitch Blueland on 'Shark Tank' (ABC)

Blueland eco-friendly cleaning tablets are the brainchild of Syed Naqvi and Sarah Paiji Yoo, who came on the show to raise capital for their business. The duo did impressive background research of their product and studied the market carefully. The cleaning tablets come in three variants (multi-surface cleaner, bathroom cleaner, glass & mirror cleaner), apart from a foaming handwash. Most of the cleaning products we find in the market today are mostly liquid and take up a lot of space in our homes, the duo claims. They believe their cleaning tablets not only save space but also the planet as you won't be disposing of the cleaning supply bottles after use. By using these tablets alone, we can avoid sending a whopping 5 billion tonnes of plastic cleaning waste into the landfills each year! If that doesn't excite you then the price of these tablets will surely make you jump out of your chair. Each tablet is priced at just $2 each, and you can also get a starter kit or essentials kit (which is a combination of various tablets) for your daily needs at a very reasonable price.

Sarah and Syed managed to secure an investment of $270,000 for a 3% stake in the company from none other than Kevin O'Leary. We can't wait to see these cleaning tablets take over the cleaning supplies market by storm.

TaDah! Foods

John Sorial pitches his business 'TaDah! Foods' to the sharks (ABC/Eric McCandless)

Who doesn't love the yummy Mediterranean delicacy- falafel? Everybody loves this healthy snack but sadly we don't get to taste the authentic flavors of this yummy snack. We often get a bland and cold wrap instead of the flavorful falafel wrap. To address this, John Sorial created ready-to-eat frozen wraps which just need to be popped into the microwave and voila it's ready to delight your tastebuds with its rich flavors. John, in fact, went a step ahead and created a gluten-free variant of this yummy chickpea-based treat, and christened them as falafel poppers. Falafel poppers are basically falafels stuffed with the creamy dips inside the balls. The sharks got into an intense bidding war to get a piece of the action in this promising business idea. If the expression of judges after having the sample of the product is anything to go by, we can't wait to lay our hands on this Mediterranean goodness. Guest judge Daniel Lubetzky won the bidding war and will be lending his expertise in the food industry to John, and we have no doubt that this duo will indeed make falafel a "sexy snack" that it is.

New episodes of 'Shark Tank' Season 11 airs at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
